Somehow I have removed 2 or 3 moles on my chest (don't remember how many exactly, because I have no even scars of them). And I did it in a private clinic (the one you call a clinic for oligarchs). Everything (the consultation and the laser surgery) was cost me about $20 USD. Now tell me how much you will pay of the same surgery in the USA? And don't tell me it will be free for you. Even if you pay for Obamacare, any cosmetic operations are not covered by it.
P.S. Nothing is free in this life and you have to pay taxes/obamacare whatever for that.
