it has nothing to do with western/eastern culture it is pure exploitation...banks create debt and allocate it to the privileged few...their worth trickles up, while the income of the rest trickles down...
it is a matter of fact type of statement that is based on the most basic principles of economy...
it is affecting everybody because instead of people having more disposable income they are forced to pay inflated prices for real estate to the select few...YOUR customers would have more money to spend on your products if the housing racket was not so prevalent...
I already suggested that the USA should create its own market by giving away real estate for free...people would have more disposable income and the economy would boom...
