Hey Eddy,
I don't have full data on the cards yet I'm sorry. I believe they will have touch and pay though based on the appearance of the card.

If you mean your Paxum card, then unfortunately that is not going to change. You can no longer add funds to your Paxum card, which is why we are issuing replacement cards to all existing card-holders.

If you have remaining funds on your Paxum card you can withdraw the funds at the ATM or by making POS purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience.

On top of that, I uploaded my electricity bill/contract to verify another street address that I want to add. Of course, it’s still pending, but maybe it affected somehow my account verification level? Well, it still says it’s verified.

I have some payments to Paxum on hold now because I want to test it with the first wire transfer before I send more money there, I hope I will receive it this week so everything will work for me on a regular basis, but I'm still looking forward to new cards as another withdrawal option!
We are issuing replacement cards to existing card-holders first, and then we will open cards to new clients/requests.

We have asked unverified clients to not open support tickets specifically about account verification as doing so slows the whole process down. We are working hard to get through the huge influx of new account applications we have received in the last week, and unnecessary support tickets (tickets about account verification) were not helping with that.

If you already have a Paxum card, you don't need to do anything. We will print and ship a replacement card to you.

Thank you for signing up with Paxum!

At the moment we are printing and shipping replacement cards to existing card-holders. We project this will be completed within 2-3 weeks. At that time we will then open new card creation to everyone else. We anticipate a card turnaround of about 1-2 weeks between request and receipt.

The temporary cards have limits as follows:
$2k USD can be loaded to the card per day
$1k USD is the ATM daily withdrawal limit
$5k USD is the maximum card balance
$20k USD is the monthly card limit

At any time the funds available on the card can be used in their entirety for POS purchases. For example, if you have $5k USD on your temporary card and you wish to make a purchase for $5k USD, you can do so.

If you wish to withdraw by wire, but to your sister's bank account, then yes, you will need to ask your sister to create and verify a Paxum account as well. Once her account is verified then you would be able to instantly transfer your account funds to her account (there is a $0.25 USD transfer fee) and then she could initiate a withdrawal from her Paxum account direct to her bank account.
