I have read that. But the "Apply for card" form was available in my account yesterday, but today I see "Please contact Customer Support for more details" message there. So maybe it was the old form for old cards there? I have no idea. I should contact Customer Support for more details, but another page now says "Please do not create tickets...", so this is just confusing. Anyway, I can wait for the card for a couple of months until all these issues are fixed, if wire transfers are working normally for me.
