Today I clicked “Apply for Card” link in my VERIFIED account and I see this:

————

But Annoncements page says this:

Please do NOT open any Support Tickets relating to Account Verification!

So, please contact Customer Support but DON’T contact Customer Support. I’m confused now.


On top of that, I uploaded my electricity bill/contract to verify another street address that I want to add. Of course, it’s still pending, but maybe it affected somehow my account verification level? Well, it still says it’s verified.

I have some payments to Paxum on hold now because I want to test it with the first wire transfer before I send more money there, I hope I will receive it this week so everything will work for me on a regular basis, but I'm still looking forward to new cards as another withdrawal option!
