1) The NYPD took Weiner's laptop and made copies of all the evidence.
2) The NYPD threatened to issue arrest warrants.
3) The DoJ threatened the NYPD to NOT release the info or issue arrest warrants.
So WHY would the DoJ try to prevent the NYPD from making arrests?
