The Trump "obstruction of justice" BS is just that. Rosenstein is the person who advised Trump to fire Comey......,. Rosenstein is the person who appointed Mueller.... Rosenstein is the person obstructing justice.

The house does the impeachment, the senate does the trial. If he is impeached by the house he is tried by the senate. They have a 2/3rds vote to remove him.
House majority (50% + 1) = impeached
Senate supermajority (66) = removed
