Naw, the domain wasn't hacked. Their software just fucked up. I had much more valuable domains in the account which weren't touched. And all information about it, including the whois registration details and the last renewal receipt showed it as my domain and showed my account number.
Also, no transfers took place. I registered it with godaddy and no transfer in or out has ever occurred.
They updated their software about a year ago, since then I've heard lots of horror stories. But that happens, it's the refusing to do anything about it and allowing the domain to be cancelled that's the really bad part.
That's why I want a lawyer to contact them. It's gonna cost me 3000-5000 bucks in lost earnings, possibly much more if the chargebacks get out of hand.
