China cannot consistently build BMW or Apple level quality without help. QA guys tell me after 18 months they have to switch factories or retrain because of dishonesty (cutting corners) or stupidity (the workers forget and need retraining).

If not for Eu and Us investment they'd all still be in pajamas melting down frying pans to increase steel production while killing everyone smart enough to call them out on being the idiots they are.
