You might be correct on that detail...but it doesn't change my point. I didn't agree with any of this crap about sealing off the border to Mexico.
The only violence that occurs from the Mexican border is 100% the blame of the United States Govt. "War On Drugs".
It's exactly the same scenario as alcohol prohibition. Only thing is that during the stupid Alcohol Prohibition it made Italian mobsters rich as hell and also they used actual machine guns for their bloodbaths.
Change out Italian for Mexican and machine guns for hand guns and it's the same stupid thing.
The U.S. govt. trying to rule over people's personal lives.
We heard for years that if Marijuana were made legal it would be a disaster...instead it's working out great here in Nevada and other states.
One thing is for sure...if people want to do cocaine or anything else...they are going to do it. Making it illegal just creates giant problems and makes everybody a criminal.
Get the govt. out of our personal lives...they have no business telling you or I what we can or can't put in our bodies.
Once that is done, the insane profits for smuggling drugs and fighting over territory would end.
Anyway, that's always been my position on that. The actual people from Mexico who come here to work are the hardest working people I've ever met.
It's the drug cartels that were formed BECAUSE of our govt.'s attempt to control all of us that has caused any and all problems at our border.
