Well the multi billion dollar Exxon deal that Trump & Rex Tillerson were supposed to push through for Putin and remove sanctions for, was scrapped by Exxon 2 weeks ago so Trump is inserting Putin as well as Putin would like.
Maybe this is by Tillerson has since been fired and Trump's new scandals are catching like wildfire.
