Obama's campaign did it legally their selves. Trump's campaign hired a foreign entity to gather info from. That same foreign entity was also getting paid by Russians for the same data at the same time...
The Russian entity getting that same info is also connected in the election hacking..

Not to mention Cambridge was the big money behind Steve Bannon and Britfart.. The same company just caught bragging about blackmailing politicians and was involved with the Trump campaign..
