Nikki needs help finding him. If the info is in the public domain, posting it here is "legal" but it's wiser to PM the info. Let's say it's posted. Brandon is mad and wants payback. Has a friend assault him secretly, blames Nikki, then blames Nikki for posting it and GFY for allowing the post. Attorney thinks a case is valid and stirs up legal shit.
It sounds crazy but this world isn't always on the straight and narrow.
And, Brandon may turn around and post YOUR info here. Other forums, too, including non-adult where moderation is absent. Google still indexes the site ... and you're posted with home address as a closet pedophile, rapist, tax dodger, drug seller, bookie and anything that the Feds will look into. You may be innocent but some neighborhood do-gooder blogs about it and your townsfolk think it's true.
Exaggerating, yes, but ... stranger shit has happened. Payback is a bitch and you don't know the extent someone will go to for payback. Nikki may plan a friendly visit but can be reported for false activities. Drug smuggling, for example, could delay her return and cost $$$$$. A little drug paraphernalia found in her motel room is cause for detainment while an investigation occurs. Planting evidence is simple for a bright, angry person with payback in mind.
I know this is almost laughable but you don't really know with whom you're dealing. It sounds far-fetched, yet ... you aren't dealing with stupid people
