Normally, generic TLDs get released approximately in 70-80 days (in rare cases, up to 120 days) after the expiration date if not returned from redemption and if not auctioned off.
Namecheap taking domains to be auctioned earlier than the dates you posted has been widely documented here and I'm not rehashing everyone's experience here or my thread about my experience.
You thinking everyone who loses domains is stupid abd deserves what they get, you're a fucking moron for saying that asshole.
