I don't get this at all. How did the officer get his arm trapped in the window when he rolled it up? A cop should never be reaching inside of a car unless it's to take ID, registration, and proof of INS. from the driver's hands.
Feared for his life? More Like I was reaching in to grab the bad black man and the guy had the nerve to roll up his window and not comply with the beating I wanted to dish out so I had to kill him.
I'm sorry but what kind of fucking coward shoots a guy with 3 kids in the backseat of the car?
And people wonder why they are so scared when they get pulled over. The guy turned on his interior light and I feared for my life so I shot him 3 times center mast.
