So, I'm Putin / KGB..
I order a spy killing..
I arm the "strike team" with specific Russian poison..

If I learned anything from movies:
1. there are A B and C plans for such stuff that ensure success
2. there is a cleanup team

This whole story feels fabricated as fuck. Like Hitler ordering a secret killing in London and arming the assassin with a LUGER and telling him to drop the pistol and run if he fails.
