I am advocating the most capitalist thing ever: grow your own buyers...
instead of exploding money abroad and feeding the military lobby, go and use the money to create americans with disposable income who do not debt slave to a few landlords...this in turn will stimulate the economy and if done gradually will not affect the real estate market too much and the parasites will have time to switch to gold or some other speculative shit...it will stimulate the economy more than anything in history...it is capitalist as shit...predatory investing in real estate would be gradually phased out...
