Ok but your basically saying they should outlaw people from owning multifamily homes and supply apartments to people who can't afford to buy a home. What about the people that don't want a home? There are many people that choose to rent because they don't want the upkeep of maintaining a home like lawncare, clogged toilets, pipes breaking, roof leaking etc. WHO PROVIDES THE HOUSING FOR THEM?
Why don't you just come out and say it. You want the government to do it.
