Electronic benefit transfer (EBT) is an electronic system that allows state welfare departments to issue benefits via a magnetically encoded payment card, used in the United States.
Are welfare payments meant for fast food? It doesn’t seem right that fast food can be bought with tax dollars. They get food stamp cards too, right?
Something is wrong with this picture.

EBT (food stamps) can't be used for food that is already cooked like fast food. However, welfare money now goes on cards as well and it can be used for anything.
