banks print money out of thin air, give it to guys like onehunglo who can give the banks some downpayment...then onehunglo goes and buys and rents out properties to those who can not get a credit from the bank and artificially inflates the prices of property and rent...it is a prime example of undemocratic allocation and printing of money, trickle up economy and modern debt slavery...also you can get away with not paying tax at all on this negative gearing....

1) cheap labor
2) negative gearing parasites like on hung lo and the banks
