Sex in the train is a usual thing here. Men and women share the same train compartments and yes, they do have sex when bored. Why not? At least that's some kind of entertainment. And no, there is no rape or enforcement, everybody knows what he or she does... There is a special train police (we call it "linear"), so if somebody will try to do something against your will, the officers will be there in a minute. Yeah, I mean those motherfuckers who do not allow to drink vodka and even beer in the train
P.S. The only thing which is "wrong" on that picture is two cans of beer. That's not allowed (any alcohol in public places, including trains is "strongly" prohibited), but since you are in Russia... everything is possible if you want it ;)
