Course I've meant the "old man", but that's change nothing in any way. Putin is a real crazy man. He is on face lifting and other plastic surgeries, so he looks about 20-30 years younger than he is, but in fact he is an old man who is out of his mind years ago.
This would sound good w/o a big "NO". Putin is literally an ape with a grande. He has a 100% control over the Russian nuclear forces. What does it mean? It mean that he is able to switch off the planet Earth at his will.
If you didn't understand, Russia (officially) has about 2000 strategic nukes ready to be used right now. Strategic means the nukes that can be delivered to any place on the planet in a half of a hour (just believe me they can not be intercepted even in theory). Every nuke is able to literally burn out a territory like Texas or whole Great Britain and a half of France as a "side effect" (that's not a joke - a single SS18 "Satan" can do that).
And that's only strategic warheads. The stats do not include the tactical ones. Some may say "ah, tacticals are not a problem - they are ah, ah ah, tacticals", so nobody counts them. The modern Russian tactical nukes are made to be used against the US aircraft carrier battle groups and against the targets in he EU. Every "Iskander" in Kaliningrad is able to deliver a nuke to Warsaw in less than 2 minutes. The same can do the submarines near both American coasts. Tactical are "only" tactical, but... every modern tactical warhead worths about 4-5 Hiroshimas.
And all that power now is in hand of a single man, who is definitely crazy and out of his mind. ..
