absolutely. It´s a fast food restaurant, to take away & eat in. They were not refusing the food, just for him to stay in the establishment. As the guy recording was also being loud, again, he´s asked to be removed and this is acceptable.
When Gary was in security, on Friday nights he´d secure McDonalds before going onto the clubs later. He would have drunk teens, obvious trouble makers. They would not be entering no matter, with parents, with friends or a nobody kind soul.
The homeless guy may have been in and out of that same establishment 3 or 4 times that day asking people for money, harassing them for food
