I have to admit that I am a big fan of singapore and I agree with their death penalty for serious crimes other than selling drugs...in singapore if you rob a bank or something like that you get whipped and then hanged...they have virtually no crime...you get whipped for littering on the street...
I have never felt safer anywhere in the world...there are 0 known living criminals
but killing people for non violent offences is going way too far...
