If you're looking to promote them out of the goodness of your heart and expect nothing in return, then continue to promote them.
At the moment the procedure is to send a letter to the trustee at the Department of Justice for their bankruptcy,
S. Margaux Ross, to state your claim. If they owe you big money, send the letter registered mail with return receipt. If you need, I have the case numbers for media and broadcasting divisions as your reference.
