It's no more "art" than the monument is.
Ten commandments is not strictly Christian, and it's hardly a monstrosity.
It's the basis for many of the laws in this country.
It's public property, it should have been put to the public to decide.
The gripes of a few outweigh the desires and the beliefs of the many.
This country has officially failed.
Freedom of speech is dead.
And before I get the religious freak nonsense, I'm not religious by any sense of the word, and I do not believe the 10 commandments to be the word of, nor written by (a) God, but are a creation of man.
My gripe is solely about the freedom of speech being trampled.
