nobody who knows anything about history would doubt Russia's involvement and their importance in winning ww2. but you were also a nation that was being attacked and if not for the rest of the allied attacks coming from the other side Germany would have a lot more tanks and soldiers pointed in your direction and it would have been a lot more of a bloody result so lets not write off the american and the rest of the allies contributions here..
Also, the americans killed most of the japanese in the fire bomb raids, not the nuclear strikes--and yes, they certainly do count as they were casualties of war and it is insulting to the people of Japan to say otherwise...
