well yes they were colonies for centuries and then they were put in debt slavery with puppet governments installed...what did you expect a renaissance of science and culture?

while they were forced to slave for whitey, whitey went to school and did science...your claim is the equivalent of saying "drug dealers buy more rolex-es than normal hard working people so drug dealers must be superior"
