True the "Europeans" exploit it today by bribing a few at the top, now that number is being made worse by the Chinese and Russians paying a few top men to exploit their own people.
The level of corruption within Africas ruling elite is rife and they pass so little down to their own people.
Even slavery, some tribes were prepared to go into the continent to steal people to sell to the White Man instead of keeping them for themselves.
The rulers borrow billions, spend it on themselves, then pass the debt to the poorest. Then ask to borrow more.

colonialism never ended it just took on a new form...if a ruler comes that wants to fight the exploitation they just depose him and install a new puppet...africa is in debt slavery towards the west and africans have every moral right to go to the west and seek asylum from the abyss the west left them in...
the new instrument of oppression is money...you print the living shit out of it and then borrow air money to people you put in dire straits...in exchange they give you work and resources and you guys get fat and they get fucked...the west has robbed africa of centuries of wealth accumulation...
