BS... the burger from mcDonalds can be and is probably healthier than some restaurants.
We eat out most days through summer, restaurants, tapas bars, fast food restaurants & some dives...
we go all over for paella, fish, meat, you name it...
but the big mac is still the tastiest & cheapest burger, and when you check the meat product and salad, it´s the healthiest too

I call BS... you saw someone in the cook area then in the cash area?
No fucking way, Mc Donalds have higher food safety policies than most restaurants...
they have multi millions to lose if closed for a day not a few grand!
And if you´re worried about McDonalds not washing, when you eat out at a restaurant next, ask to see out back in the kitchen, the re use of knives, the touching of food with non washed hands & the sink full of water and dishes
