Best sticky would be to include live cams using the various feeds from the sponsors.
You could have a page populated from multiple cam sites with the models on line now or multiple pages, one from each sponsor, a whole lot of different ways to do that.
There is enough variety out there that you should be able to match niches to whatever you are building as the free site.
