It's not that you need a gun, more that "he" needed help long before the situation came about.
Anyways back to the school shooting
"An Instagram page apparently belonging to Cruz showed pictures of guns and knives. The sheriff's office said Wednesday the suspect had an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle and multiple magazines.
One student told WJXT that “everyone predicted” the shooting, which killed multiple people, according to police."
So another situation where everybody knows head a hot head gun nut, even goes out of his way to prove it, yet no one does nothing and you don't have the laws to deal with it.
