Better build the factory quickly then and hope they don't just ship in their Malaysian one which was built to get around previous tariffs and is now outdated, then hope they don't send the money earned back to the founding company.. in China and then hope they are actually going to manufacture and just not assemble.

It's a lotta hope for an industry that has what, 5 years based on current technology before it needs.. a bail out to rebuild with newer Tech?
