The garage holds five cars. Five? It?s git a helipad, moose habitat, twelve bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms but a tiny garage. Makes no sense. I hope no conglomerate buys it, tears it down and puts up a development of mansions.

It?s nice and has an elevator, but those stairs are useless. I?d put in an escalator instead.

Monthly mortgage $200 k plus electric, heat, oil, housekeepers, groundskeepers, maintenance, maids, cooks, mechanics, etc. . $400k/month including food and entertainment.

I?m curious at the cost of land and building the houses. And, who owns it and why sell???
