I'm in Los Angeles - I sent out my letter to Glo-Bill on 7/29/03
I actually sent a copy to their address in St. Kitts and a copy to their Walnut, CA address (which according to their announcement, would be forwarded to St. Kitts) And I have not received a confirmation from Blo-Bill.
I have a strange feeling that they are planning on contacting a certain percentage of webmasters and just blowing the rest of us off. They have made it so that we are unable to send our letters via Registered Mail (due to the address being a PO Box) thus preventing any type of legal documentation as proof of delivery.
I have mailed another copy of my letter to the recently "updated" address (see below) which has changed twice since 7/25.
