More jobs is ALWAYS a good thing. So ANY amount of new jobs should be applauded.
There are other factors to consider however before we do cart wheels. If someone takes 95% and gives back 5% we should dance?
It's like baseball team owners pocketing the luxury tax and not putting the money back into talent on the field. But again, I'll take any new jobs even tho I suspect Apple is the big winner here, not the new employees.
