Domains by Proxy provides 0 protection. And if the domain is in your company's name, a little bit of searching usually will reveal who owns the company. And if you actually have a company (in certain US states) where nominee directors are allowed, again, I just have to serve the Agent for Service of Process and that nominee director will give me the name and info of the true owners.
I once sued a Seychelles company who's owner was at a studio in Chatsworth. It took me less than a day to find him.
