Of course not. They won't come to spank you or something.
The problem is what will happen to the site access in the UK. I guess they might try enforce ISP providers to blacklist your site, well, our sites. That blacklist would be quite long.
UK legislators went full nuts with this protecting minors from the evil Internet thing and the internet censorship.
