Seems to me they went on a date. She showed up at his place, they went out to dinner, and then back to his place. He made his move and she was fine with it. She let him undress her. There was some foreplay. There might have been some oral sex. She didn't want to fuck on a first date, and he respected that. Instead, they got dressed and watched TV.
