Something wrong here.

If you fell to the ground after being kicked in the knee, how were you able to kick high enough to kick him in the ribs?

How were you able to stand up after a kicked knee?

How could you possibly support your weight and his weight? Plus have enough support to throw him?

Assuming he weighed 130 Pounds (he's a girlie-man), and assuming you were fighting at the front of the bar near the window, and assuming the window was only 10 feet away allowing for a couple of chairs and a table, you would have had to generate 202 foot pounds or 273.91 Joules per second in order to throw him 10 feet to the window plus another 8.081 foot pounds just to lift him up.

This seems very unlikely that you can do that with 1 working knee.
