Unfortunately the nasty realities of life sometimes force your hand.
Whilst I do try and live in a just and fair way I have found myself in a similar conundrum.
An agency sends you a bunch of CVs, as a company in adult you have a problem with all sorts of potential workplace legal woes.
So do you pick candidates for interview that you know could cause you legal problems simply because of the material that you work with, or do you just pick white hetro sexual males ?
I pick the white guy and save myself the headache.
