since the buyput support has been very very good as compared to a month or two ago, second uptime has been very good as well. third they encourage you now to call the NOC and talk to them for support.
i am going to stay with them reason why? cause evry host will have glitches here and there its a given , over 2 plus years with them and overall it has been pleasant
