Its been slowly slipping in that direction, its kinda sad. Would seem they dont realize to make money in the long run you have to keep both ends happy.... not just keep increaing your cut.
The problem is they dont have enough buyers or sellers and lowing the seller payout and not the buyers price is not going to fix that.
