ok, the only thing that changes is a "he" is a "she" in my thoughts. It doesn't change the fact that "she" said she had seen him abuse the dog over 100 times but never reported it till he locked the dog in his room to abuse it.
It makes her just as evil if she seen this abuse so often but never reported it.
