Juicy, I'll tell you how to quit real fast.
Take a small box about half the size of a shoebox.
Cut one small round hole in each end and fill the box with cotton balls.
Put a small plastic tube in one hole and your cig in the other.
Smoke your sig now with the cotton filled box acting as a filter to trap everything.
Do this for 7 days.
Open the box at the end of the week.
Keep repeating weekly until what you see in the box reaches the point where you get so grossed out seeing what smoking does to your lungs.
I built one of these in a science class in high school and helped an uncle who used to smoke 4 packs a day to quit using this technique.
