One or more Dems have asked him if he will open an investigation into the 16 women accusers that have accused the Donald with sexual assault.

He said to file the appropriate paper work and he would review it and decide to open an investigation or not. So an investigation of the Donald as being a criminal sexual predator is still possible.

The Committee is currently in recess and will reconvene after a series of votes are completed.
