Basically looking for something like the Billboard Top 100 (see link below) script or wordpress plugin

It differs from the normal hot or not concept because you are not voting on each pic per se, its more like you get on the site to vote your choice from the pics of the top 100. They can vote from their facebook,etc social media account and they can share the link to others on social media to get others to vote. Voting takes place in real time, meaning the top 100 is fluid and change depending on the votes.
From an admin standpoint, when i populate the top 100, I can add more pictures or videos for each entry, so users can click on each of the top 100 pics, it will take them to the secondary page with more pictures/videos, paragraph,etc of each of the top 100..
Anyone know of a script/plugin that does what I need above?
