Placebo or not? No clue. I had a doctor point out to me once that whether something is a placebo or not doesn't matter as long as changes are being noticed. Good point.
I have a coupon if anyone wants to give it a crack. They have a few different drink formulas and also some snacks. I do the drinks. Taste a little strange at first but after a few days you get used to it and look forward to them.
