Will never buy or deal with Mazda ever again. They suck donkey dicks.

I had a CX5 that got a flat tire. I got out to change the wheel and found that the bag containing the lugnut key had been opened and it was missing. My guess is someone at service department needed a lugnut so they cannibalized one off my car while it was getting an oil change (the other wheel had a missing lock nut) and also took the key and gave it to another car. When it came time for me to change my tire I had no key to take the lock off, so my wife had to push a stroller with our 6 month old daughter 4 miles to get home, while I walked to the Mazda dealer which was about 3 miles away in the opposite direction. It was Sunday so I couldn't find a tow truck that would come within 6 hours.

I got to the Mazda dealer and there were about 10 people working there, and not one of them came over to help me. I had to finally bug a guy and tell him what happened. He didn't know what to do and acted like I was on my own to figure it out.

I had previously been with Nissan, and if that same situation had happened with Nissan they would have had someone parachuting to my car to get the problem remedied and get my car back on the road.

So I had to go back to my car later that night and hammer a socket onto the lugnut until I was able to turn it with a breaker bar. When I took the car in for servicing the next time I told them to take off all the wheel locks and put regular lugs on. The guy even tried to charge me for ruining the kick nut with a socket and I gave him a look that made him change his mind about that and he said they would take off the lock nuts. I almost tried to get them to pay for the socket I ruined to be an asshole about it but decided it wasn't worth the trouble.

This also ruined some major plans my family had for the weekend.

This is Mazda. Fuck them and fuck their silly looking car. Problems like I experienced all start at the top and filter down to the little dealerships.

Also, the car was shit and I hated it and I'm back with Nissan for the last 3 years. Just got my new Maxima last night and it's pretty fucking sweet.
