I would not call it cheap. Paying monthly how much is it? At least 10 bucks? Or maybe A LITTLE less for the smallest plan where you could only host 1 domain.
Copuple-few bucks is cheap for a shared host, HG is not cheap, it is +- average. Cheap compared to the best/expensive ones.
